Aam Ka Safed Murabba

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 2.25 kgs. (Appx.)

  • 1 kg. raw mangoes
  • 1 tsp. cardamom corns (ilaicheedana)
  • 1 kg. sugar
  • 1.5 glasses of water

Method

Peel mangoes and grate its pulp.

Put sugar and water together in a steel bowl and prepare its syrup.

Add the grated mangoes.

When the syrup thickens, switch off the heat. Add ilaicheedana.

Cool and store in a martban and serve.
