Amrood Ki Chutney

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 1 kgs. (Appx.)

  • 500 gms. guava pieces (amrood) seedless
  • 100 gms. ginger (adrak) chopped
  • 50 gms. mint (pudina)
  • 0.5 cup grean coriander (hara

dhania) leaves

  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Method

Grind all the ingredients with a cup of water at high speed to make paste.

Now the chutney is ready.

Serve it with meals
