Amrood Ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 1 kgs. (Appx.)
- 500 gms. guava pieces (amrood) seedless
- 100 gms. ginger (adrak) chopped
- 50 gms. mint (pudina)
- 0.5 cup grean coriander (hara
dhania) leaves
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
Method
Grind all the ingredients with a cup of water at high speed to make paste.
Now the chutney is ready.
Serve it with meals
