Anjeer Ka Murabba
Ingredients
Quantity: 4.5 kgs. (Appx.)
- 2 kgs. figs (anjeer)
- 2 kgs. sugar
- 3 glasses of water
Method
Mix water with sugar and prepare its one string syrup on low heat.
When the syrup is ready, add anjeer dana. Stir for two minutes.
When the syrup thickens, then switch off the heat.
Cool and store this murabba in a martban and serve.
