BEAUTY EXERCISES
Several beauty exercises exist for hands, legs, back, breasts, neck, shoulders and eyes. Here those exercises are illustrated, which are simple and beneficial for all, though it is advisable to consult a beauty therapist before starting any exercise.
Exercise should be done empty stomach. The preferred time is early morning, after getting refreshed. Half an hour after exercise, juice can be taken.
There are numerous benefits to be gained from exercise to name some:
