Chhuhare Ka Murabba
Ingredients
Quantity: 2 kgs. (Appx.)
- 1 kg. dates (chhuhare)
- 1 kg. honey (shahad)
Method
Soak chhuharas in warm water till soft. Remove from water, wipe with a piece of muslin cloth and spread under the Sun for sometime to dry.
Put honey in a martban. Add chhuharas. Keep the martban at a safe place.
Use after 8-10 days.
