Hare Dhane Ki Chutney

 

Ingredients

For 8 person

  • 300 ml. curd (dahi)
  • 200 gms. green coriander (hara dhania) chopped
  • 50 gms. coconut (nariyal) grated
  • 4 green chillies
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar

 

Method

Whip curd thoroughly. Add nariyal and mix well together. Cover and keep aside for an hour.

Whisk hara dhania, mirch, nimboo ka ras, salt and sugar to a fine paste.

Mix all the ingredients together and keep it in a refrigerator.

 Serve cool.
