Hare Dhane Ki Chutney
Ingredients
For 8 person
- 300 ml. curd (dahi)
- 200 gms. green coriander (hara dhania) chopped
- 50 gms. coconut (nariyal) grated
- 4 green chillies
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
Method
Whip curd thoroughly. Add nariyal and mix well together. Cover and keep aside for an hour.
Whisk hara dhania, mirch, nimboo ka ras, salt and sugar to a fine paste.
Mix all the ingredients together and keep it in a refrigerator.
Serve cool.
