Kachche Kele Ki Chutney

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 650 gms. (Appx.)

  • 300 gms. curd (dahi)
  • 6 bananas raw
  • 20 leaves of mint (pudina)
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 0.5 cup groundnut corns (moongphali)
  • 0.5 cup green coriander (hara dhania) leaves
  • 1.5 tsp. salt

Method      

Peel bananas and boil its skin. Grind the skin and bananas to a paste and keep aside.

Finely grind pudina, hari mirch, salt, moongphali and hara dhania together with some water.

Add dahi, banana paste and moongphali paste and whisk together.
