Kachche Kele Ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 650 gms. (Appx.)
- 300 gms. curd (dahi)
- 6 bananas raw
- 20 leaves of mint (pudina)
- 4 green chillies chopped
- 0.5 cup groundnut corns (moongphali)
- 0.5 cup green coriander (hara dhania) leaves
- 1.5 tsp. salt
Method
Peel bananas and boil its skin. Grind the skin and bananas to a paste and keep aside.
Finely grind pudina, hari mirch, salt, moongphali and hara dhania together with some water.
Add dahi, banana paste and moongphali paste and whisk together.
Have a taste of this delicious chutney.
