Karaunde Ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 2 cups (Appx.)
- 300gms. karaunde
- 1.25tsp. salt
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp. red chilli ground
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera) ground
- 0.5 cup green coriander (hara
- dhania) leaves
Method
Split karaundas and remove its seeds.
Grind seedless karaundas, salt, mirch, jeera and dhania together finely. If thick, add some water.
Put this chutney in a bowl. Add lemon juice and taste it.
