Lahsun Ki Chutney

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 3 cups (Appx.)

  • 200 gms. cloves of garlic (lahsun)
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • 8 dry red chillies
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bunch green coriander chopped
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. mustard (rai)
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Method

Whisk lahsun, hari mirch, dry lal mirch, pyaz, hara dhania in a grinder with % cup of water and make a fine paste.

Add salt and lemon juice and whisk once again. Keep it in a bowl.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry rai.

Season (chounk) chutney with the fried rai and cook till oil starts separating. Stir all the time.

This chutney cures gastric problems.
