Mixed Fruit Jam
Ingredients
Quantity: 2 kgs. (Appx.)
- 200gms. grapes (angoor)
- 250gms. pulp of ripe mangoes
- 250 gms. plums (aloobukhara) peeled
- 250 gms. apples peeled and chopped
- 0.75 kgs. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 glass of water
Method
Split angoors in halves and chop plums in small pieces.
Make a syrup from the sugar. Add chopped fruits to the syrup and cook more.
When the ingredients thicken, add lemon juice and turn the heat off.
Bottle while the jam is still hot.
