Moongphali ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 2.5 cups (Appx.)
- 20 gms. ginger (adrak)
- 2 cups groundnuts (moongphali)
broken
- 2 tbsp. green coriander (hara dhania) chopped
- 8 green chillies
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp. sugar
Method
Coarsely grind moongphali and keep it in a bowl.
Also grind hara dhania, hari mirch, adrak, salt and sugar the ground and prepare fine puree. Mix this puree with moongphalies.
Add lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients together. If it is thick, add some water and serve.
