Nariyal Ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 5 cups (Appx.)
- 2.5 cups raw coconut grated
- 2tsps. green chillies chopped
- 2tsps. ginger (adrak) grated
- 1tbsp. gram dal (chana dal) roasted
- 2 cups water salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1.5tsp. mustard (rai)
- 4 dry red chilli (lal mirch)
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
Grind hari mirch, adrak, nariyal and gram dal to a fine paste.
Add salt and lemon juice and mix well together.
Heat oil and saute rai. Add dry lal mirch and fry for 10 seconds.
Season chutney with it and serve cold.
