Nimboo Ka Murabba

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 3.25 kgs. (Appx.)

  • 2 kgs. kagzi lemons
  • 1 kgs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper (kali mirch) ground
  • 0.5 tsp. black salt (kala namak)
  • 1.5  glasses of water

Method

Wash lemons and cut them in four pieces each.

Mix sugar with 1.5 glasses of water and prepare its syrup (ek tar ki chashni)

Add lemon pieces.

When lemons pieces soften, add ilaichee, mirch and salt.

When the chashni thickens, switch off the heat.

Cool and store in a refrigerator and serve.
