Phalse Ka Achaar
Ingredients
Quantity: 750 gms. (Appx.)
- 500 gms. phalse
- 1 cup vinegar (sirka)
- 50 gms. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
Wash phalsas with clean water. Spread on a sheet of cloth so that water dries.
Put sirka, salt and sugar in a martban. Stir with the help of a spoon to dissolve sugar.
Add falsas and mix thoroughly.
This pickle is now ready to eat.
