Pineapple Jelly
Ingredients
Quantity: 5 cups (Appx.)
- 1 cup pineapple (anannas)
- jelly crystal
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1.5 cup warm water
- 1.5 cup pineapple juice
Method
Mix water with pineapple jelly and beat well.
When the crystals get dissolved, add sugar and pineapple juice. Beat it in a mixer till sugar dissolves.
Keep the mixture in a refrigerator till firm and serve.
