PREVENT SEXUAL ENERGY

Sexual energy is the only energy in our body that increases in force when activated. When you are not sexually aroused, you probably aren’t even aware of this. But once you are sexually turned on, you can feel a tremendous increase in force in your body. How can you measure this increase in force? You cannot, but you can learn to harness it.

The Chinese sexual secrets are perhaps the most advanced the world has ever seen. There are exercises to be learned and practiced by yourself, called Single Cultivation. There are also exercises to be learned and practiced with a partner, called Dual Cultivation. The emphasis in the present book will be on both Single and Dual Cultivation; that is, the Chinese secrets of slow sensual sex, sexual massage, sexual healing, circulation of sexual energy, and connecting with the spiritual aspects of sex.

Our sexual organs have what the Chinese called two ‘Front Gates.’ If our sexual organs are weak, we leak energy out of them. Here is an exercise called Closing the Two Front Gates, which was designed to strengthen and tone your sexual organs and prevent the leakage of Jing Chi or Sexual Energy.

Closing the Two Front Gates

Men: The first gate is located in the opening at the tip of the penis. If you put your concentration here, you can close off the opening. The second gate is located at the base of the penis, where it is attached to the body. Just behind this point is the urogenital diaphragm. If you put your concentration here, you can close this gate as well by contracting the urogenital diaphragm.

  • Lightly contract the gate at the tip of the penis.
  • Contract the gate at the base of the penis (urogenital diaphragm).
  • Simultaneously gently pull in on the muscles surrounding your eyes, as if you were trying to draw your eyes back into your eye sockets.
  • Do this three to nine times.
  • You do not have to coordinate this exercise with breathing, but you can if you want to. Experiment with pulling up on the inhalation and then with pulling up on the exhalation. Which way feels stronger to you?

Women: The first gate is the opening of the vagina. Concentrate on the opening of the lips of the vagina and contract them. The second gate lies inside the vagina at the urogenital diaphragm in front of the opening to the cervix. If you concentrate here, you can contract this point.

  • Lightly contract the gate at the lips of the vagina.
  • Contract the gate inside the vagina at the urogenital diaphragm.
  • Simultaneously pull in on the muscles surrounding the eyes.
  • Do this three to nine times.
  • You do not have to coordinate this exercise with breathing but you can if you want to. Experiment with pulling up on the inhalation and then with pulling up on the exhalation. Which may feel stronger to you?

Both Men and Women

If you have any difficulty locating the second gate, here is another exercise that also works well to strengthen this gate.

When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine by squeezing deep inside your penis or vagina. The place you have to squeeze to stop the flow is the location of the second gate. Squeezing the first gate at the tip of the penis or lips of the vagina is unlikely to stop the flow by itself.

Screwing the Sacrum

You know how to rotate your hips. Of course, your hips will probably move as well, but they are not the focus of your attention.

You move your sacrum in a circular, spiraling motion imitating a screw going into a wall. This motion allows you to stimulate your partner in all sorts of interesting ways. It also allows you to gain a great deal of control over your movements and increases your sensitivity to the movements of your partner.

Closing the First (Front) Gate of your penis or vagina should aid you to get in touch with and gain better control of your sacrum. Once you try you should almost instantly feel this connection between the First Gate and the sacrum. You might find it to be extremely erotic. With a little practice, you should find this an effective tool for slow and sensuous sexual relations.

I emphasize closing the First (Front) Gate at the tip of the penis or lips of the vagina and the tip of the clitoris, and not the Second (Gate)—the urogenital diaphragm at the base of the penis or inside the vagina. Tightening the Second (Front) The gate might actually work to restrict your movement and lock the sacrum in place. You can try it both ways, as an experiment, and see if you can feel a difference.

The sacrum is a part of the body that plays an important role in Yoga. For some of you, the sacrum might have been extremely tight or just seemed like hard work to move. With this exercise, you will train your sacrum to move almost effortlessly. You should practice screwing the sacrum to both the left and the right side.

Some forms of Latin dancing make use of this same type of movement of the sacrum. It is an easy, flowing, circular movement. You can start by making small circles and as you feel your sacrum loosen and relax, allow the circles to grow larger.

Screwing the sacrum is another tool in your repertoire of Dual Cultivation techniques. Use it as an alternative to deep or shallow thrusting. It is a good way to begin intercourse. You can do spiraling semi-circles first to the left and then to the right. Later on, when you have been making love for a while, you can switch to depend on shallow thrusting. It is a good idea to mix and match sometimes thrusting, and sometimes screwing. Screwing the sacrum allows you to slow down the pace a little while keeping things erotically charged.

  • Put your concentration on your sacrum, the triangular bone composed of five fused vertebrae, at the lower end of your spine.
  • Shift part of your awareness to the First Gate at the tip of your penis or lips of your vagina and tip of your clitoris. Gently squeeze the muscles at the First Gate. Feel a connection between the First Gate and your sacrum. Try to keep the Second Front Gate (the urogenital diaphragm) relaxed.
  • Rotate your sacrum in a small, circular, spiraling motion.
  • You can increase the size of the circles or do semi-circles to the left or right side.

It is important that you try to move in harmony with your partner. You have to experiment so that your movements coordinate with each other. You can start with just one of you screwing sacrum at a time. Once you get it, you can both start gently spiraling together. I’m sure that with just a little practice you should be able to work it out. This is another one of those Chinese practices that just make you want to exercise. It’s important to practice. Who said the exercise wasn’t fun?

Four-Square Breathing: Chi breath

Four- Square Breathing is primarily concerned with packing energy into the front, back, and sides of the body, by combining breathing and Perineum Power, to increase the internal Chi pressure. These are extremely powerful exercises.

  • Slowly inhale an abdominal breath and expand the lower abdomen.
  • Take a small sip of air and direct your perineum and anus (Perineum Power) toward your solar plexus.
  • Without exhaling, pull in your solar plexus toward your back.
  • Take a small sip of air and put your concentration of and direct Perineum Power toward the Chi Chung Point (T 11 opposite the solar plexus) on the spine.
  • Take a small sip of air and push the left side of your anus toward the left side of your lower rib cage. Feel your left rib cage expand out toward your left side.
  • Take another small sip of air and push the right side of your anus toward the right side of your rib cage. Feel your right rib cage expand out toward your right side.
  • Take one more sip of air and simultaneously push both sides of the anus towards their respective left and right sides and feel both sides of your rib cage expand out to the sides of your body.
  • Exhale slowly as you hold the pull.
  • Release the pull and begin again. Do it at least three times per session.

Start at the level of the navel and waist, move down to the Testicle/Ovarian Palace and the hips, and then up to the solar plexus and the lower ribs. It is not necessary to use a lot of force here as does the exercise. Just take very small sips of air and feel slight expansion in the proper area. With practice, you should be able to do the entire exercise without stopping to exhale. But don’t press yourself so that you find yourself huffing and puffing. That’s not ideal.

As you do this exercise, you might find sections of your spine ‘opening’ as it is packed with Chi. It should also have a positive effect on your diaphragm.

Bone Marrow Breathing

Bone Marrow Breathing is Chinese healing at its finest. It is just a wonderful practice. It works best when you are really quiet inside. The quieter you get inside, the easier it becomes to draw the energy into and out of the bones. Silent breathing promotes this internal silence and movement of energy.

  • Raise your arms to embrace the tree position.
  • Sense or imagine a cool sensation at the tip of your left index finger. (This will actually help you attract warm external energy). We will start working with one hand at a time.
  • Inhale a reverse breath, gently pulling up on your sexual organs and anus (Perineum Power).
  • Simultaneously draw energy right into the tip of your left index finger. Draw the energy all the way up the finger until it reaches the knuckle of your hand.
  • Exhale, and relax the sexual organs and anus. Feel the energy exit through the tip of the index finger.
  • Repeat for a few seconds until you can feel the energy entering and exiting the interior of your index finger.
  • Breathe into your left middle finger for thirty seconds or more.
  • Breathe into your left thumb for thirty seconds or more.
  • Breathe into your left ring finger for thirty seconds or more.
  • Breathe into your left pinkie finger for thirty seconds or more.
  • Relax your left hand and repeat steps 1 through 10 on the fingers of your right hand.
  • Repeat the exercise with the fingers of both hands simultaneously up to the knuckles.
  • Breathe through all the fingers of the left hand up to the knuckles.
  • Pull up slightly on the sexual organs, take another sip of air, and breathe through the bones of the left hand, up to and including your wrist. Exhale and breath out of the fingertips.
  • Repeat steps 13 and 14 on the right hand. Repeat with both hands simultaneously.
