Pudine ki Chutney

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 1 cup (Appx.)

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves (pudina)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 green chillies
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. pomegranate (anardana)
  • 1 piece ginger (adrak)
  • 1 onion chopped (optional)

Method

Grind pudina leaves, salt, green chillies, anardana, adrak and pyaz together.

Add some water and whisk once again to a fine paste. Keep the paste in a bowl.

Add lemon juice and serve it.
