Pudine ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 1 cup (Appx.)
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves (pudina)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 green chillies
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. pomegranate (anardana)
- 1 piece ginger (adrak)
- 1 onion chopped (optional)
Method
Grind pudina leaves, salt, green chillies, anardana, adrak and pyaz together.
Add some water and whisk once again to a fine paste. Keep the paste in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and serve it.
