Seb Ka Achaar

Ingredients

Quantity: 2 kgs. (Appx.)

  • 1 kgs. green apples
  • 50 gms. red chilli ground
  • 750 gms. vinegar (sirka)
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 0.5 tsp. cloves (laung)

Method

Put sirka in a martban. Add mirch, salt, sugar and laung. Stir well with the help of a clean steel spoon for 4-5 minutes.

Wash and wipe the apples. Chop them in pieces and put them in the martban. Cover the martban and keep it under the Sun for two weeks. Shake and turn the pickle daily.

Start consuming the pickle after two weeks.
