Seb Ka Murabba

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 5.5 kgs. (Appx.)

  • 2 kgs. apples
  • 3 kgs. sugar
  • 0.5 cup salt
  • 4.5 glasses of water

Method

Dissolve salt in 4-5 glasses of water.

Peel apples. Remove seeds and dip them in salted water.

Mix 4.5 glasses of water with the sugar and prepare its syrup, (ek tar ki chashni)

Remove apples from the salted water and wash them with clean water. Wipe off with a clean cloth and dip them in the chashni.

When apples soften, then switch off the heat.

Cool and store in a martban and serve
