Seb Ki Jelly

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 2 boLles (Appx.)

  • 500 gms. apples
  • 300 gms. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar (sirka)

Method

Chop apples in small pieces. Boil them with 4 glasses of water for an hour.

Mash the pieces. Cover and keep aside for 8-10 hours.

Now without shaking the pan, remove the juice from the upper level.

Sieve the juice and cook with sugar and vinegar.

When the juice thickens, switch off the heat.

Bottle the jelly while it is still hot.
