Sweet & Sour Tomato Chutney

 

Ingredients

Quantity: 750 gms. (Appx.)

  • 500 gms. red tomatoes (firm)
  • 100 gms. onions finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp. green coriander (hara

dhania) leaves

  • 2 tbsp. honey (shahad)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. curd (dahi)

Method

Dip tomatoes in hot water for some time. Peel and keep aside.

Whisk onion, hari mirch, hara dhania, shahad, salt and lemon juice to a fine paste.

Add peeled tomatoes. Whisk for 10-12 seconds and keep it in a serving dish.

Add dahi and serve.
