Til- Khopre Ki Chutney
Ingredients
Quantity: 600 gms. (Appx.)
- 200 gms. ripe tamarind (imli)
- 200 gms. sesame seeds (til) baked
- 200 gms. coconut (nariyal) grated
- 0.5 cup green coriander (hara dhania) leaves
- 2 tsp. salt
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
Soak imli in 4 cups of warm water for half an hour. Whip the ingredients, sieve and keep aside.
Put til, nariyal, hari mirch, salt, nimboo ka ras in a grinder and whisk for 30 seconds. Add imli juice. Whisk at high speed and prepare a fine puree.
Cool in a refrigerator and serve.
